The Maternal and Child Health program is designed to improve the health of women, children, and families in the communities we serve. School health programming, breast feeding support, and breast pump rental services are included. Pregnancy testing and limited STD/STI testing is also available.
In addition, RCPHD provides educational programming to help reduce accident related death and disability among children through the Injury Prevention program, including programs to ensure the proper installation and use of child safety seats. Child safety seats may be available for purchase.
The Division of Injury Prevention and Control is dedicated to reducing injuries to North Dakotans through leadership, education, resources and policy. Programs within the division include the Injury/Violence Prevention Program, the Child Passenger Safety Program, the Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Program, and the Suicide Prevention Program.
The Lactina® Breastpump is ideal for long-term and frequent pumping needs, Lactina is a multi-user breastpump and accessories are available for rental through Rolette County Public Health.
